7 deadly sins.

The seven deadly sins, also known as the seven capital sins or seven cardinal sins, are: superbia (pride), avaritia (greed), luxuria (lust), invidia (envy), gula (gluttony), ira (wrath), and acedia (sloth). They were first enumerated in the 6th Century by Pope Gregory I (the Great) in his work 'Moralia in Job'. I represented each sin by using symbols, colours, animals and even punishments associated with it, creating a consistent collection of 7 paintings made in acrylic.
