Who am I?

I am an aspiring artist, born in June 2003 in Madeira Island, Portugal. It was in there that I started my pathway in the world of Arts. At first I learned how to play the piano, a present hobby in my life, and then I applied to the Visual Art programme in Escola da Apel. Currently, I am an IYZ Art&Design student at De Montfort University, but I expect to continue my studies next year in the Fine Art Course.

In the past two years I have done some group expositions, so I hope to do one of my own in the near future.

About my artworks

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry once said “Those who pass by us, do not go alone, and do not leave us alone; they leave a bit of themselves, and take a little of us.” and I think that the person who I am today is a reflection of everyone who passed by me and so is my art. My artworks, the way I see the world and the way that I want other people to see it, is and will always be influenced by those who I came across in my life.
